Charlotte is such a cute, happy baby. She loves to "talk" to us and have us talk to her. She smiles a lot and is starting to laugh. She is becoming much more fun for her siblings. They love to talk, play, and hold her. Westley loves to hold her lately. It does not even phase him if she starts to wail.
