Camping

Ben was going to be gone for the Father and Sons Campout so he took Westley camping the week before.  Jenna went too.  Here are a few pictures from a hike they did.

Co-op

We really enjoy going to our homeschool co-op each week.  It is so great for my kids to learn new things from the other moms in our group.  Somehow I only ended up taking only one picture from this year.  Luckily, some friends took some too.

Easter

We had a good Easter this year.  I did not do all the Christ Week Easter activities I did last year but we still had a good week.  We have just been so busy lately that I was too tired to do more.  We are lucky we even have these pictures.  Besides our own egg hunt we had a huge one with the other homeschool families in our area.

Triathlon

Both Jenna and Westley participated in a triathlon recently.  They had to swim 50 yards, bike 1 mile, and run 1/2 a mile.  Westley was slightly slower than last time.  He had not been practicing his swimming.

Jenna did awesome!  She swam great and was biking pretty well when she had a bad crash near the end of the bike.  She was told she did not have to finish and that we could go have the EMTs look at her cuts.  But she wanted to finish.  She got up and walked the run and finished the race.  We were so proud of her. She was so tough; I don’t know if I would have done that.
