For her birthday Charlotte had very specific instructions. She wanted to go swimming, have fruit snacks, and orange cake (her favorite color). Well, we did the first two but by the time her birthday rolled around her wanted a pink cake. I think her big sister helped her change her mind.
We had all her local aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents join us for the party which was nice considering it was just us at her first two birthdays. I guess that is the nice thing about living by family. (Sorry about the blurry pictures; I just can’t get the camera to do what I want sometimes. I would blame Ben if I could but it was obviously not him.)
