Also, during the ultrasound we found out I have a low lying placenta. It is not over the cervix, but it is right up to it. The doctor told us that generally as the uterus grows up the placenta goes up with it, so he believes there will probably be no problem. We do need to have another ultrasound in a month to make sure it is moving out of the way. In the meantime I am to rest and not lift anything. I guess Westley will need to learn to walk by himself more often.
Also, during the 2nd ultrasound scheduled next month we will need to recheck the growth of the baby. She was almost 2 weeks smaller than expected. And my uterus did not grow as much as it should have since my last appointment. Since the baby, organs, placenta, fluid, and umbilical cord look great, it may just be me needing to gain more weight. I definitely am not a big as I was with the other kids at this point, and no one believes me when I tell them I am 22 weeks, and I have gained 15 pounds so far. Anyway, as long as she does not drop further away from the original due date than everything will be fine. He said up to 2 weeks difference is okay. I am to eat whatever I want, especially milkshakes, yum. So in a month hopefully we will find out that everything is fine and we can continue to have a problem free pregnancy.
Yesterday we had Westley's ENT appointment. The fluid in his middle ears is still there and he will need tubes. The doctor did give us one last prescription to try, but he did not think it would REALLY work, since this has been going on who knows how long. From what I researched it sounds like no medicine will help, only tubes. Anyway, the doctors office is getting everything set up to have his surgery. When we go in for his pre-op they will check his ears again in case the prescription worked, if not we go ahead with the tubes. We should be hearing from them soon with when we will be getting everything done.

Things are all going in the right direction. I mean, how can you complain about needing a daily milkshake!
It was good talking to you the other day. We miss you guys. Good luck with everything. Enjoy the milk shakes.
